Our Consulting Services

for over 22 years, Dan Cooper has traveled throughout the United States and Canada consulting on historic floorcoverings for museums, state capitols, governor's mansions and private residences. He has assisted them in selecting and reproducing authentic patterns while overseeing their production, delivery and installation. During this time, Dan has also published two books and over a thousand magazine articles on the topics of historic interiors, antiques and architecture and become the leading merchant of historic lace curtains at Cooper Lace.

"i am delighted for the opportunity to work exclusively with English Wilton; they own or have access to the largest collection of historic carpet patterns available. The firm is renowned for their competitive pricing and fastest turnaround on orders, often in half the time of their competitors. They are also able to provide the greatest range of Brussels, Wilton and Axminster carpeting, enabling their clients to select the best value for their budget. English Wilton's design team is also the finest at reproducing existing carpets, or recreating them from documentary evidence such as fragments or photographs. In my decades of experience, I believe they are your most reliable resource for historic rugs and carpets."
